Thank You For Your Service!
At the Davey Law Group P.A., we have tremendous respect for the courageous men and women who risk their lives and make daily sacrifices to protect and serve the public in times of urgent need. Catherine Davey understands this better than most as she comes from a family of firefighters and emergency management personnel.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to first responders (Firefighters, EMS, Police officers, Military, and Medical personnel) right here in Central Florida. These incredible individuals are saving lives, risking their health, and protecting our communities daily. We would like to recognize their hard work by offering a 25% price reduction on all of our estate planning services.
Estate Planning for First Responders
Our first responders leave a legacy of service, and this creates a positive impact in our community. To share your legacy of strength and service with future generations, you need an estate plan that ensures your property and assets are distributed according to your wishes. Your generosity of spirit places you in harm’s way daily. A comprehensive estate plan can protect your family, preserve your legacy, and provide some comfort for you and your loved ones, knowing that you have taken every step to prepare for the possible.
At the Davey Law Group P.A., our experienced estate planning staff work directly with clients to create an individualized estate plan. However, a typical estate plan includes
- Last Will and Testament
- Asset protection
- Charitable planning
- Guardianship for Minor Children
- Durable Power of Attorney
- Advance Healthcare Directive
- Living Will
How to move forward with your estate plan at this time
Our staff is now working remotely and our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for the time being. However, our team remains flexible to accommodate our clients’ needs. Meetings will continue to be held by phone if at all possible, to avoid personal contact and practice the recommended social distancing. If an in-person meeting is necessary, we have measures in place to make that a safe experience for all. Legal services are “essential,” so we are here even during the current Orange County lockdown. We have had several clients come in to sign documents recently, and we had only the necessary personnel in the office at that time. The gratitude we have received for being available has been heartening.
We are working every day for you, and are available to you by phone and email. If you do call and get voice mail during business hours, leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will be able to do almost anything you need from us and want to assure you that we will do everything in our power to minimize the disruption to you.
