We are one of fifteen State of Florida designated Memory Disorder Clinics supported by the Department of Elder Affairs through the Alzheimers Disease Initiative. The Orlando Health Center for Aging and Memory Disorder Clinic is designed to diagnose the underlying causes of memory loss and dedicated to meeting the changing needs of patients, caregivers, and family members.

Guardian Care Management is a long-standing Professional Guardianship Firm providing Elderly & Disabled Life Plan Assessments and Care Management Services to individuals such as elderly or disabled individuals, family members caring for their loved ones, trustees, attorneys and other professional guardians.
Healthy Start services are available to pregnant women, infants, and children up to age three. Services target identified risks and include information, referral and ongoing care coordination and support to assure access to needed services; psychosocial, nutritional and smoking cessation counseling; childbirth, breastfeeding and parenting support and education; and home visiting.
The goal of Help Me Grow Florida is to promote healthy development for every child in our state. Help Me Grow is designed to address the need for early identification of developmental and/or behavioral concerns, and then to link children and their families to community-based developmental and behavioral services and supports.
