We seek to resolve any concerns our clients might have and satisfy their need to have a solid plan for their future and their family’s future.

Probate, the process of transferring assets after death, can be a stressful time for our clients. Our professionals seek to make this difficult time more comfortable. Educating and informing our clients of the procedures and advising them on how to move through the probate process as quickly and simply as possible.

Guardianship is a legal mechanism employed to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Guardianship cases are unique and vary widely. There are some similarities to the process, and we have information available to educate about Guardianship in general. Guardian Advocacy is another area in which we practice.

Special Needs Trusts

Special Needs Trusts are created to allow disabled persons to maintain government benefits. The Trusts help improve the quality of life of the disabled person. Our professions will assist you in learning more about the variety of Special Needs Trusts available.
