Dan Spencer
Dan is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Indiana University and earned a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Valparaiso University. Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and Counseling and then, after moving to Central Florida in 1997, earned his JD from Barry University School of Law. Dan is a former Assistant Public Defender in Osceola County assigned to the Mental Health Division, focusing on cases involving insanity, competency, Baker Acts, and Jimmy Ryce Civil Commitments. In his personal life, Dan enjoys reading and traveling.
